Executive Summary
The Songline Revitalisation Journey is a staged national program to strengthen 32 culturally grounded meeting places across Australia by 2032. Meeting places matter, they are where:
• Culture is practised
• Knowledge is shared
• Leadership is formed
• Responsibility is reinforced
• Community gathers
• The next generation learns
Every land holds knowledge that is shaped by place and passed on through practice. When meeting places function, that knowledge remains alive. When they are neglected, the connection weakens.

Why This Matters
Meeting places are foundational infrastructure. They are where:
• Culture continues
• Environmental care is practiced
• Young people gain identity and confidence
• Intergenerational knowledge is transferred
The world needs to relearn the Lore of its land. Meeting places are where that learning begins.

The world is increasingly disconnected from land, from each other, from responsibility.
Mob carry deep knowledge to share. But knowledge is not passed on through awareness campaigns, it is lived and learned in functioning meeting places. Too often, engagement slips into symbolic gestures, short-term activations, awareness weeks or procurement box-ticking. Well-intentioned, yes but temporary and surface-level. If corporate Australia and all levels of government are serious about RAP and ESG commitments, engagement must move beyond symbolism and strengthen real places.
Vision – 32 Meeting Places by 2032
By 2032, we aim to support 32 meeting places across Australia. These may include:
• Community gathering spaces
• Cultural learning hubs
• School-based programs
• Ranger and regeneration bases
• Regional cultural centres
• Intergenerational learning spaces
• Places where Country care and culture intersect
This program is not limited; it strengthens places where:
• Country is cared for.
• Culture is practised.
• Community is strengthened.
Meeting places are the infrastructure of culture.

Proof It Works
We have already delivered a successful blueprint in the Kimberley with the Bardi-Jawi People of the remote Lullumb and Mudnunn communities.
• Delivered meaningful benefit to two small communities.
• hosting of 300-500 cultural guests per cultural activity
• Created employment opportunity, pride and long-term capability
This project delivered approximately $650,000 in kindness (including local labour). It was made possible through the leadership and investment of the Reece Foundation, their partners and their volunteers, demonstrating what meaningful corporate partnership can achieve when aligned with strong community leadership and on-Country action.

Roadmap to 2032
A staged national program delivering cultural leadership and lasting legacy.
PHASE 1 — National Reconnaissance Tour
Before any infrastructure is delivered, there is one essential step: Visit. Sit. Listen. Understand.
The National Reconnaissance Tour is the first stage of a multi-year journey
visiting communities, listening to Elders, understanding Country, and co
designing what regeneration looks like at each site.
This phase ensures:
• Cultural authority is respected
• Investment is guided by community priorities
• Long-term outcomes are embedded from the start
Your partnership enables this beginning — and helps shape the decade ahead.

PHASE 2 — Activation (2027–2028)
Corporate partners begin delivering the first round of projects:
• Regeneration & restoration works
• Cultural infrastructure
• Youth pathways & employment
• Community-led environmental initiatives
• Basic infrastructure, including water and sanitation to enable communities to thrive on Country.
PHASE 3 — Scaling (2028–2031)
Momentum builds across Australia as more communities join and more corporates come on board.
• 32 meeting places rejuvenated.
• Verified RAP & ESG outcomes
• National volunteer mobilisation
• Cultural tourism & economic development opportunities
• Regeneration corridors across multiple states

PHASE 4 — 2032: Global Showcase
The Mob Games – Murgon and the Brisbane Olympics 2032 become a global platform to showcase:
• Cultural leadership from across Australia
• Community-driven environmental regeneration
• Youth pathways inspired by Country
• Stories of restoration and healing
• A nation walking together with purpose
This is Australia’s moment to show the world a new model of reconciliation built on impact, not words.
How It Works
Partnerships Model — Dream Bigger Together
At the heart of this journey is one simple belief: We are stronger together. This is not a solo effort. It is a shared
commitment to Dream Bigger Together.
Each partner contributes what they do best whether that is logistics, environmental expertise, governance, systems, capital, communications or on-ground capability. We work with partners, not around them aligning strengths, reducing duplication and creating disciplined, coordinated delivery.
Impact Bridge provides the enabling structure supporting community trust, cultural leadership, community-led action, infrastructure planning and accountable project management. Through Kindness Recognition (Kindness Credits) framework and the Impact Bridge dashboard both financial and in-kind contributions are transparently valued, tracked and acknowledged.
Together with our partners, we align Culture, Community and Country to deliver outcomes that no single organisation could achieve alone.
What is a Kindness Credit?
A Kindness Credit is a dollar-for-dollar unit of recognition awarded when an organisation contributes products, services, sponsorship, or discounts to Indigenous-led initiatives. Each $1 of fair market value contributed equals 1 Kindness Credit, ensuring that non-cash support is measurable, auditable, and counts meaningfully toward RAP targets.
Governance & Stewardship Framework
Strong meeting places require strong foundations
1. Cultural & Community Governance
• Site nominations must be community-led
• Validation occurs through recognised cultural leadership
• Local authority remains central
2. Financial Governance
All cash and in-kind contributions will be:
• Allocated transparently
• Formally documented
• Auditable
• Tracked via the Impact Bridge Dashboard
3. Long-Term Stewardship
Infrastructure without stewardship fails. Each site progressed beyond reconnaissance will establish:
• Clear custodial responsibility
• Agreed maintenance pathways
• Defined responsibility frameworks
• Compliance alignment
• Operational sustainability planning
This is not a build-and-leave model. It is a shared responsibility model grounded in respect.
We build carefully.
We steward properly.
We strengthen for the long term.

Why Partner Now
This partnership moves beyond awareness. It is about supporting what already exists.
• Enabling community-led cultural meeting places.
• Enabling communities to remain connected to Country, passing culture and wisdom to future generations.
• Enabling living knowledge systems that have cared for Country for over 60,000 years keeping balance, responsibility and respect in check.
Partnering in the Country, Culture and Community Revitalisation Journey means moving beyond intention into measurable, on-Country impact restoring the places where Culture lives, continues, and communities are supported on Country.
This is true reconciliation. This is walking together.
This is shared responsibility. The opportunity is here.
The time is now. The legacy will endure far beyond 2032.
Immediate Support – Starting Now
While the reconnaissance phase builds structure and prioritisation, we will also begin supporting meeting places immediately where readiness exists.
Early enablement may include:
• Portaloo and mobile shower facilities
• Camp kitchen support
• Clean-up equipment and trailers
• Native plantings and land care tools
• Fuel and logistics support
• Mobile cool rooms
• Bore and irrigation support
• Community gathering logistics
These practical interventions enable meeting places to function now — not years from now.
Measured. Disciplined. Transparent.

We are finalising the Core Group of Founding Visionary Partners.
This is an opportunity to:
